BoosterPet Prescription Policy

At BoosterPet, our goal is to provide safe, timely, and accurate prescription services for your pet. To ensure quality control and reduce the risk of errors, we offer prescription fulfillment in the following ways:

  1. Medications Filled In-Clinic  When appropriate, we can dispense your pet’s medication directly from our clinic during your visit.

  2. Written Prescription for Outside Pharmacies  If you prefer to use an outside or third-party pharmacy, we are happy to provide you with a written prescription that you may submit to the pharmacy of your choice.

  3. Chewy Pharmacy Portal  We can also enter your prescription directly into our Chewy portal, which allows for quick processing and home delivery.

Please note: To maintain safety and consistency in your pet’s care, we do not respond to prescription requests sent directly from third-party pharmacies (including faxed/emailed requests), and we do not call prescriptions into pharmacies. These processes are time-consuming, are not always secure, and can increase the risk of errors.
